The Li Pigments Pro Team & Girlz Ink Glam Squad | Girlz, Ink

The Girlz Ink Glam Squad (GIGS) serves as Girlz, Ink's affiliate program, conceived and meticulously crafted under my guidance. From conceptualization to execution, I played a pivotal role in shaping GIGS, including the ideation of its name and tagline, the creation of its logo, and the comprehensive development of the program on the designated platform. Notably, GIGS surpassed revenue expectations by doubling anticipated earnings.

The formation of The Li Pigments Pro Team stands as a personal highlight of my tenure. Initiated at the close of 2022, I spearheaded the meticulous curation of materials, identification of talent, and the establishment of the official Li Pigments Pro Team. In 2023, I facilitated the final selection process, meticulously evaluating candidates based on their permanent makeup portfolio, social media presence, and application submissions. Following the selection, I diligently managed the team, ensuring adherence to requirements, fostering a sense of community within the team, and orchestrating the delivery of exceptional Welcome Packages that were individually curated for each artist. My responsibilities extended to the creative realm as well, encompassing the design of the team's logo, individual logos, creation of animated graphics (gifs), and spotlighting individual artists' achievements within the Girlz Ink Gazette.

Continuing into 2024, I helped in expanding the team's roster, handpicking additions to elevate the team's talent pool to 18 remarkably skilled artists. I remained dedicated to fostering a vibrant and cohesive community while consistently delivering on creative initiatives to elevate the team's visibility and impact in the industry.
